1.What is DTF ( Direct to Film ) printing?

DTF printing is a modern technique where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred to fabric using heat and pressure. It provides vibrant colors, high durability, and works on various fabric types. 

2.  How Should i wash my DTF printed shirts?

  • Wash inside out
  • use cold water
  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents 
  • Tumble dry on low or air dry 
  • Do not iron directly on print
  • Avoid dry cleaning if possible

3. Will the print crack, peel, or fade over time ?

DTF prints are highly durable when properly cared for. They are less likely to crack or peel compared to other prints methods. Proper washing and drying will help maintain the quality for a long time. 

4. Do you accept custom orders?


 Yes! we can create custom DTF prints on T-shirts for personal use, events, or businesses. Contact us directly via email if you would like to discuss custom orders further. 

5. Do you accept returns/ Exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our DTF T-shirts, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size ordered
  • change of mind
  • custom design approval errors ( when customer provides their own image or design)

Exceptions:

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The items arrive damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There is a manufacturing defect

Timeframe:

Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to report any issues. Requests outside of this window may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

* eligible returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

How to request a Return/ Exchange:

Please email us at Poppyroseartanddesigns@gmail.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. photos of the item and packaging
  3. A brief description of the issue you are experiencing with your purchase

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non- refundable.

Additional Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Sale, Clearance, and custom designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
