Shipping Timeframes:

  • Express shipping options are often offered for an additional fee, with delivery 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $50.00.

* We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is stolen or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our DTF T-shirts, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size ordered
  • change of mind
  • custom design approval errors ( when customer provides their own image or design)

Exceptions:

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The items arrive damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There is a manufacturing defect

Timeframe:

Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to report any issues. Requests outside of this window may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

* eligible returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

How to request a Return/ Exchange:

Refunds
